Weekly Lawn Mowing Service
From the end of March to the middle of November, all turf areas will be serviced to the height of 3.0-4.0” every week, should the weather allow.
The weekly lawn mowing service includes:
Grass line trimming around all borders and fixed objects
Edging all appropriate hard surfaces with Stick Edger
Clippings generated from mowing and trimming will then be blown off of all hard surfaces associated with the property
Blades are sharpened every other day to avoid damage or tearing of grass.
Any debris and trash found in the area will be removed and discarded before and during the mowing process to make sure that you get a clean, well-groomed lawn.
Core Aeration
A regular maintenance service for any lawn that is trying to remain healthy and green. We recommend this service at least once a year, typically in the fall. Properties that have just been built or have a high level of foot traffic could use up to three services per year.

Aeration is a process that involves perforating the soil with small holes. This reduces soil compaction, which allows water, air and nutrients to get down to the roots. With less soil compaction, newer and deeper roots are able to grow and flourish. When the roots are able to spread out and grow, they become healthier, which will help the grass to thrive.
